Sydney Criminal Lawyers® successfully obtained a section 10 in Parramatta Local Court for a 27-year-old client who entered a guilty plea for a charge of drive when licence cancelled. The Georges Hall man had a number of previous traffic and criminal convictions, including two for driving whilst suspended in 2006 and 2007, one for negligent driving in 2006, and DUI in 2011.
